Associate Clinical Trial Manager – PhD – Cardiovascular

Join the Medpace team as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager – PhD – Cardiovascular in our Denver, CO office. This is a full‑time, office‑based role for PhDs or post‑doctoral researchers with cardiology experience.

Medpace is looking for a candidate who can transfer analytical and academic skills into clinical project administration and management. • Communicate and collaborate on global study activities; work closely with project coordinators and clinical trial managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project‑specific status reports within the clinical trial management system.
• Interact with the internal project team, sponsors, study sites, and third‑party vendors.
• Provide oversight and quality control of the internal regulatory filing system.
• Provide oversight and management of study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.

• PhD in Life Sciences.
• Expertise related to cardiomyopathy, lipid disorders, obesity, heart failure, endocrinology, NASH, acute coronary syndrome, CVD, or preventive cardiology.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic industry within an international team.
• Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

Target salary range: $70,000 – $90,000, with potential for bonus and equity awards.
