• Perform customized therapeutic and relaxation massages with exceptional detail.
• Build lasting guest relationships through our busy membership model.
• Complete thorough consultations; recommend home care and enhancements through our recommendation forms after each treatment.
• Educate on importance of routine visits (monthly membership) and recommend their next treatment.
• Collaborate with a team that values kindness, professionalism, and growth.
• Maintain sanitation and room reset standards; complete accurate SOAP notes post treatment.

• Active state Massage Therapist license.
• Reliability, punctuality, professional communication, and a guest‑first mindset.
• Weekend/evening availability with flexibility.
• A team player with a passion for the spa and guest service industry.

• W-2 employment with consistent schedules and 10‑minute turnover.
• Modality & enhancement differentials for services like deep tissue, salt stone, and sports massage; enhancements may add pay without extending treatment time.
