Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) DAYS Full-Time – Long Term Care, Neighborhood – $22.75–$25.56 (Includes rotating weekends).
Location: Clermont Park.
Position SummaryAs a critical care partner on the Nursing Team, CNAs are an essential part of the daily care planning and implementation of individualized resident health needs. They support residents’ basic personal hygiene and activities of daily living, while incorporating social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical care. CNAs also provide career‑development opportunities for those aiming to advance within the nursing field.
Essential Duties- Provide daily hygiene care for residents.
- Learn residents’ preferences to personalize care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
- Apply safety, infection‑control, and risk‑management procedures appropriately.
- Communicate regularly with immediate supervisor regarding residents’ status and condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
