Cecelia Health is a virtual specialty medical practice dedicated to improving cardiometabolic health outcomes across populations. We connect patients living with one or more chronic conditions to an expert clinician who helps them navigate day‑to‑day health management.

• Help tackle the obesity epidemic by supporting patients in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, with or without medication.
• Flexible, independent‑contractor schedule (1099) with a consistent minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Conduct intensive nutrition counseling and weight‑management education via phone, video, chat, text, and email.
• Provide medication management and support for comorbidities related to obesity under physician supervision.
• Engage in remote patient monitoring for devices such as scales, blood‑glucose meters, blood‑pressure monitors, and ketone meters.
• Assist with dosing and titration of anti‑obesity medications within established protocols.
• Collaborate with team physicians and external providers for comprehensive care.
• Establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with a diverse patient population.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and other behavior‑change techniques.
• Maintain program metrics and high‑quality care standards.
• Complete timely documentation.

• Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration; state licensure required if applicable.
• Willingness to add state licenses as needed.
• Ability to incorporate constructive feedback to improve patient interactions.
• HIPAA‑compliant workspace with high‑speed internet.
• Comfortable with advanced technology, electronic medical records, and digital tools.
• Adapt communication techniques for a diverse patient population.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Cannot hold full‑time employment elsewhere.
• Must reside in the United States.

• Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) from the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators.
• Availability on evenings and Saturdays.

• Hourly pay $42‑$47 based on years credentialed as a RD.
• All‑inclusive pay covering charting and administrative time.
• $500 longevity bonus after six months and quarterly bonuses at one‑year anniversaries.
• Performance‑based incentives for exceeding goals.
