Role Overview

We are committed to providing exceptional care for children with ASD, focusing on early intervention and evidence‑based practices tailored to each child and family.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in children with ASD
  • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to improve communication skills of children aged 2‑6, using a variety of therapeutic strategies and tools
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including behavior analysts, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to provide holistic care
  • Engage families in the therapeutic process, providing education, resources, and support to enhance their child’s communication development
  • Continuously monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
  • License to practice speech pathology in the state of your chosen center (Arizona or Colorado)
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs starting their career
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams
  • Desire to be part of an organization advancing the standard of autism therapy

$86,000.00 – $ per year
