As a Surgical Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you will prepare the surgical suite and assist during operations while collaborating with a highly skilled team.

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping, ensuring comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Scrub in and partner with the surgical team by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating needs.
• Monitor patients and surgical equipment throughout procedures, responding promptly to any concerns.
• Uphold sterile technique, complete room turnover efficiently, and support a high‑performing collaborative team.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (ST) Surgical Technologist certification required.
• Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
