• Pain Therapy Techniques

• Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to APTA standards of practice and state standards.
• Implement a Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress.
• Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well‑being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable.
• Participate as assigned in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives, and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and training.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred:
  Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current licensure or provisional license as allowed by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability.

Salary: $65.00 – $100.00 per hour.
