ONE is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II PRN to join our Rose facility. The role supports high‑quality, patient‑centered respiratory care, coordinating diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures in accordance with state and specialty practice standards.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $34.46 - $54.06 per hour.

The Respiratory Therapist coordinates and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered respiratory care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

• Perform and document patient assessment, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure; conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy.
• Administer respiratory care therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy.
• Assist with placement of artificial airways and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor patient for therapeutic response; notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response.
• Assist with transportation of ventilator‑dependent patients.
• Respond to emergent patient situations and ensure airway integrity and adequate ventilation during resuscitation as required.

• Graduate of an AMA‑accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.
• NBRC accredited RRT (Respiratory Therapy) credential with current Colorado Respiratory License.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
• NRP required if responsibilities include coverage in the neonatal intensive care unit and/or the employee is working as a charge therapist.
• 6 months prior experience and/or two years recent acute care experience preferred.
• Must maintain skills to be eligible for staffing in the Intensive Care Units, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the ER, floor therapy and provide special procedures.
