* Summary:
** The Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of DaVita's overall corporate strategy. They will work closely with the Corporate Strategy team and business unit leaders to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth, improve operational performance, and enhance DaVita's competitive position. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for making a positive impact on the healthcare industry.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and threats.
* Support the development of DaVita's long-term strategic plan, including identifying and evaluating potential growth areas and strategic initiatives.
* Build complex financial and operational models to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of strategic initiatives.
* Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and track progress against goals.
* Support the M&A process, including conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the healthcare industry and identify potential implications for DaVita.
* Provide analytical support to business unit leaders on key strategic issues.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:
*** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* 2-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
* Excellent financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Passion for the healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

Skills:
*** Experience in the healthcare industry.
* Knowledge of dialysis operations and/or healthcare services.
* Experience with M&A transactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare reimbursement experience preferred ; experience with admissions, billing, and collections preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of insurance rules, regulations and Coordination of Benefits for federal, state, and managed care payors in multiple states preferred
