Typical Responsibilities:

• Follow individual service plans; supervise treatments.
• Make rounds, record visits, and work with physicians.
• Administer injections, tests, and record vital signs.
• Document resident status changes and incident reports.
• Assist with medication management and resident activities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed LPN or RN.
• Ability to lift at least 51 lbs and assist residents physically.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with residents with memory impairment is a plus.
