- Follow up on unpaid/underpaid Medicare claims
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve billing issues
- Communicate with payers and internal teams
- Document claim actions clearly and accurately
- Generate reports and track trends
Qualifications:
Required:

- 3+ years Medicare billing/collections experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, One Note)
