Sr. Pricing Manager

CV Resources is seeking a Senior Finance & Pricing Manager to lead commercial finance strategy across multiple product lines throughout North America. This role combines responsibilities traditionally held by both a Finance Manager and a Pricing Manager and plays a critical part in shaping pricing strategy, commercial decision-making, and financial partnership with sales leadership. This position will report directly to the Director of Finance.

• Lead pricing strategy and commercial finance activities for a diverse product portfolio.
• Partner closely with sales directors and commercial teams on customer pricing, contract pricing, rebate programs, and go-to-market financial strategy.
• Provide financial insight and oversight across North America with visibility into P&L drivers (not full P&L ownership).
• Guide financial decisions supporting profitability, pricing governance, and margin optimization.
• Oversee and develop a team of direct reports, plus several indirect reports.
• Proven expertise in pricing, commercial finance, and partnership with sales organizations.
• Experience with customer pricing, contract development, rebate structures, and commercial decision support.
• Collaborate with operations finance teams to support cost analysis and cost accounting insights.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and cross-functional commercial alignment.
• Participate in occasional travel to manufacturing plants; one international trip per year may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required).
• Strong experience in manufacturing-focused environments.
• Background supporting multiple product lines and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Previous work within large, complex organizations.
• Some cost accounting exposure is beneficial.
• Not seeking talent from aerospace/defense or automotive manufacturing sectors.
