Financial Manager
A global manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial performance for a North American business unit. This role will have responsibility for P&L oversight, financial planning, and operational finance support, partnering closely with commercial and operations leadership to drive business performance.
The role will lead financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis while supporting pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and cost optimization across manufacturing and sourcing operations. This person will also oversee financial processes across plant operations, including cost accounting, inventory management, and performance reporting.
Additionally, the position will manage and mentor finance team members while helping drive consistent financial controls, planning processes, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- ~10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience in manufacturing and commercial finance environments
- Strong financial planning, modeling, and performance analysis skills
- Experience partnering with operations and senior leadership
- ERP system experience required
- MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
- Stable career progression
- Leadership and team management experience
- Manufacturing or operational finance expertise
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels of leadership
