A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to take on full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility for its Engineered Products North America business. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with Commercial and Operations leadership to drive financial performance across multiple plant sites.
What You'll Do- Own full P&L and B/S responsibility for the North America business unit
- Provide commercial and operational controllership including pricing analytics, rebate agreements, market insights, and inflation coverage
- Lead and consolidate monthly, annual, and long‑range financial forecasting, planning, and reporting
- Drive consistent financial processes across all plant sites — cost accounting, cost allocations, budgeting, and inventory/product costing
- Partner with the SIOP team to optimize product mix, efficiencies, and financial performance
- Oversee sales compensation and customer rebate program tracking, reporting, and accounting
- Lead productivity reporting and operational performance analysis to identify cost and variability drivers
- Develop and maintain decision support models and capital financial analyses across operations
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain a strong internal controls environment
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of finance managers and analysts across commercial and plant operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 12+ years of progressive financial management experience, including 5+ years in a financial leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in both commercial finance and manufacturing finance
- Experience leading teams of 3 or more
- Strong financial modeling and decision support skills applied in an operational setting
- Proficiency with performance-based metrics, scorecards, and KPI development
- Solid planning and analysis skills (AOP, forecasting, variance analysis)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization
