Director & Actuary

They're hiring a Director & Actuary to join their Annuity Pricing & Product Management team, supporting Fixed Annuity and Fixed Index Annuity pricing and valuation.

• Lead rate setting strategy to drive competitive and profitable new business.
• Monitor FA/FIA profitability and refine pricing assumptions.
• Oversee pricing initiatives, market research, and risk/return analysis; present recommendations to leadership.
• Enhance pricing models, processes, and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support cross functional initiatives and mentor junior actuarial talent.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• FSA (or near
  
  FSA) with ~7+ years of actuarial experience.
• Expertise in FA/FIA pricing, valuation, or risk management.
• Familiarity with US Stat, GAAP, and Bermuda frameworks preferred.
• Strong technical skills (Python, , Prophet a plus).
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and operate effectively in a fastmoving environment.
