Tax Director – Trust & Estate Oversight

Location: Denver Metro – Denver Tech Center (Hybrid)

A growing CPA firm in the Denver Tech Center area is looking to add a Tax Director to its leadership team. The firm currently has around 20 professionals and is actively expanding
, with plans to grow to 30+ employees by the end of the year due to strong new business demand.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys guiding a team, solving complex tax matters, and helping shape the direction of a growing firm.

• Serve as a technical resource for trust and estate related tax matters

• Oversee and review complex tax engagements

• Provide leadership and mentorship to tax staff and seniors

• Assist with client planning and advisory work

• Support the continued growth of the firm and client base

• Work closely with firm leadership on strategy and client service

While trust and estate expertise is valuable,
this will not be your sole focus
. You will serve more as the go-to advisor for trust/estate related questions and planning strategies
.
