Ideal applicants are recent or upcoming college graduates that have a strong interest in the financial services industry, ambitious career goals, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to learn. The Shelton Academy Financial Services Training Program is offered in our Denver office and is considered a full time, paid position. WhatOur Training Program Offers
- Resources and training to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses with peers
- Client service training
- Hands-on experience with the sales cycle, while working closely on digital marketing strategies
- Mutual fund administration & operations experience
