Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; deliver timely and accurate financial statements under US GAAP.
• Prepare consolidated reporting across multiple entities, warehouses, and international operations.
• Lead audit process; manage external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
• Maintain compliance with debt covenants, PE reporting requirements, and board deliverables.

• Oversee all accounting functions: GL, AP/AR, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, and cost accounting.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures.
• Implement process improvements to shorten close timelines and increase accuracy.

• Manage inventory accounting across manufacturing, contract manufacturing, and global sourcing.
• Oversee standard costing, landed cost calculations, SKU‑level margin analysis, and COGS accuracy.
• Partner with operations, sourcing, and logistics to improve working capital, reduce variances, and optimize inventory levels.
