About

the Role

The Treasury Management Implementations Specialist II is responsible for onboarding and implementing treasury management products for new and existing commercial clients. This role coordinates documentation, training, system setup validation, and transition activities to ensure clients are fully prepared for servicing within the Profit Centers. You will serve as a key support partner for Profit Center teams by resolving implementation issues, answering servicing questions, and ensuring consistent handoffs from Middle Office to ongoing support.

The position also plays an important role in maintaining procedures and identifying process improvements that support operational excellence and scalable growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate treasury management onboarding, training, and implementation for new and existing commercial clients, ensuring accurate setup and a seamless client experience.
  • Manage handoffs from Middle Office to Profit Centers by establishing clear ownership, resolving open items, and ensuring clients are fully ready for servicing.
  • Deliver client and internal training on treasury products, digital banking tools, documentation requirements, and implementation best practices.
  • Serve as a primary support resource for Profit Center servicing questions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution across internal teams.
  • Support new product setups for existing clients, ensuring changes are implemented accurately and communicated clearly.
  • Develop and maintain implementation procedures, client guides, and support materials while identifying opportunities to improve workflows and scalability.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of private banking experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience with treasury management, business banking, or cash management products.
  • 3–5 years of bank operations or implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with FIS platforms including IBS Insight, BST, and Extended Account Analysis (XAA).
  • Baker Hill Next Gen experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of business banking regulations and operational compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client-facing presence.
  • Proven ability to create SOPs, training guides, and process documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to learn documentation and risk requirements quickly.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred within one year of hire.
  • AAP, CCP, or similar certification preferred.
