Trust Operations Analyst I
Location: Denver, CO (In-Office)
Job Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Salary: $24.24 - $31.50/HR

About the Role
The Trust Operations Analyst I supports First Western's trust and investment operations through accurate processing of transactions, account documentation, and daily operational workflows. The role ensures timely posting, high-quality service, and strict adherence to controls and procedures. You'll collaborate with client-facing teams, custodians, and internal partners while continuously developing cross-functional knowledge and operational expertise.
What You'll Do
- Process, review, and post ACH, wire, and check transactions.
- Receive, review, and process new and existing client account paperwork.
- Process IRA contributions and withdrawals.
- Input new account coding and perform required maintenance across systems.
- Prepare and deliver transfer paperwork; monitor progress and follow up on asset receipt.
- Participate in special projects that support operational improvements.
- Prioritize tasks independently to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Cross-train across operational duties.
- Support internal teams with responsive communication and follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience considered.
- 1-3 years in trust operations, investment operations, or financial services preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work independently.
- General understanding of trust or investment operations preferred.
- Competitive base salary: $24.24 - $31.50/HR, plus strong bonus potential.
