We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join a global organization. This role plays a key part in managing U.S. and Canadian federal and state income tax matters, including tax accounting, tax provision, and audit defense. Environment emphasizes shared leadership, professional growth, and continuous development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead income tax compliance and tax provision processes for U.S. and Canadian entities.
- Research new tax developments and advise leadership on risks and opportunities.
- Manage multiple income tax audits across North American jurisdictions (federal, state, county, local, and provincial).
- Respond to audit requests efficiently and work toward favorable outcomes.
- Maintain and enhance tax department policies, procedures, and systems.
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships to support tax considerations in business decisions.
- Manage, train, and mentor tax staff.
- Provide occasional late‑night, weekend, or holiday support during month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end cycles, as permitted by applicable law.

Education & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax.
- Proven experience managing people and processes (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
