Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key revenue metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and drive revenue optimization across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Analyze revenue performance focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average selling price (ASP), booking trends, customer churn, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance, identifying variances and underlying drivers.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business performance, pricing strategies, and impact on revenue.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for revenue and related metrics.
- Evaluate and model the financial impact of proposed pricing changes, promotions, and new product launches.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue data within financial systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to streamline revenue reporting and analysis.
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and special projects as required by senior management.
- Lead a recurring revenue review meeting to discuss the latest revenue insights.
- 2 years of experience in a Revenue Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation preferred.
- Total compensation for this role is anticipated to be in the range: $68,000‑$75,000.
