• Entry of invoices and creation of checks for payments
• Process deposits and allocate funds to the correct client cases
• Monitor trust funds for unallocated monies and ensure compliance
• Void, create, approve, and issue checks
• Process reimbursements for attorneys and investigate suspected fraudulent charges
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Generate financial analyses and reports
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation

What Do I Need to Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience in accounting or finance, law firm, or professional services environment a plus
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing deadlines and frequent priority shifts
• Maintain accuracy under pressure during peak volume periods and time-sensitive deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Salary: $48-56k
