Job Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on, analytical thinker to join our credit enhancement platform as an Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of real estate credit, financial modeling, and data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll be a foundational team member helping shape underwriting tools, reporting processes, and credit evaluation frameworks from the ground up.

Expect a fast‑paced, collaborative startup environment where precision, hustle, and clear thinking matter more than polish. If you’re the type who likes building systems, not just using them—this is your seat.

Key Responsibilities
Credit Support & Deal Evaluation
  • Support analysis of real estate deals that require structured credit enhancement.
  • Assist in assessing borrower strength, deal structure, and market fit.
  • Help size and track platform support based on credit risk and partner requirements.
  • Maintain core platform models for cash flow, capital deployment, and returns.
  • Run sensitivity scenarios and help translate deal flow into business‑level planning.
  • Collaborate on underwriting and performance models for internal decision‑making.
Data & Reporting
  • Manage dashboards and reporting packs that track platform performance.
  • Clean, reconcile, and maintain datasets tied to credit exposure, loan activity, and operational KPIs.
  • Produce reporting for management, partners, and investors.
Business Operations & Scaling
  • Contribute to internal tools and templates for underwriting and reporting.
  • Support the tech team by defining data structure, business logic, and reporting requirements from an analyst’s perspective.
  • Responsible for helping create pitch decks, partner presentations, and internal strategy materials.
  • Document key assumptions, calculations, and workflows for consistency.
  • Support onboarding of lender and broker partners with relevant credit data and reporting.
Process & Workflow Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recurring reporting, modeling, or data tasks.
  • Build or enhance spreadsheets, trackers, and light automation tools.
  • Help test and validate systems or reporting infrastructure as the platform grows.
