• Leading and supporting internal audit and risk consulting projects
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and assessing regulatory compliance
• Identifying issues, developing actionable recommendations, and presenting findings clearly
• Managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall team development

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services preferred
• Familiarity with financial crimes compliance or consumer protection laws and regulations (e.g., AML, TILA, RESPA, Regulation E, Fair Lending)
• CAMS, CRCM, or CERP certification strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel functions and reporting formatting
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Competitive salary range $88,000‑$120,000, along with health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible time off, and travel reimbursement for business use.
