Controller – Flexible work scheduleSalary $150,000 – $200,000 per year.

- Oversee preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Direct and coordinate the company’s financial planning and budget management functions.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
- Manage preparation of year‑end close processes and financial outlooks.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
- Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
- Coordinate preparation of financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Manage accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of business results.
- Direct cost accounting, fixed assets, and manufacturing accounting processes.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting needs.
- Reconcile the company’s ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior‑level finance or accounting position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting, fixed assets, manufacturing accounting, year‑end close, reconciliation, ledger management, cash flow, and consolidations.
- Strong understanding of financial trends within the company and general market patterns.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel, and familiarity with accounting software and databases.
