Overview
A growing middle market investment bank in Denver is looking to add a Associate to its investment banking team. This is a hands-on role with exposure to senior bankers and clients, providing a great opportunity to gain transaction experience, mentorship, and career growth.
Responsibilities- Support deal teams across M&A and capital raising transactions
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
- Conduct market, industry, and company-specific research
- Prepare client-facing presentations, pitches, and memoranda
- Assist with due diligence and maintain organized deal materials
- Collaborate with senior bankers on project execution and client communication
- Contribute to internal initiatives and process improvements
- Associates: 3+ years of investment banking experience with M&A or capital raise execution
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented
