Operations Finance Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Operations Finance Manager to join a growing food manufacturing organization in the Denver area. This Operations Finance Manager will serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supply chain and senior stakeholders, driving financial performance across manufacturing operations. This role is hybrid in the office in the Denver area and is budgeted between $120,000 - $145,000 base salary based on experience.

• Partner closely with plant operations and leadership as the primary finance point of contact
• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, yields and overhead absorption
• Own plant P&L performance and explain monthly results versus budget and forecast
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction and productivity
• Oversee standard costing, BOM accuracy, routings and labor standards
• Monitor inventory valuation, cycle counts, obsolescence and shrink
• Lead annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range planning
• Build financial models for capital investments, new products and process improvements
• Support KPI reporting, including OEE, scrap, throughput and labor efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
• 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience within manufacturing operations
• Food manufacturing, CPG or consumer goods experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management and plant economics
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
• Ability to influence non-finance partners and communicate clearly across teams
