We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to our continued growth and success. This role will be responsible for running financial models and processes to collect inputs from key stakeholders, perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic financial modeling, and ensure alignment with the company’s financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong modeling background, analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, operate with a high level of autonomy, and demonstrate a proven track record of “big picture” thinking across a multi-entity, multi-vertical business.

You are the right candidate if you are comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with shifting demands and effectively prioritize asks of stakeholders. You are willing and able to dive into the details but can balance the ability to summarize and communicate with senior leadership at a higher level. You take full ownership of your work and that of your team, deliver a high level of accuracy in your deliverables, and self-correct when necessary to get back on track.

• Primary owner of the Ever Commerce Cost models.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to monitor performance with specific focus on KPIs and operational drivers of the business.
• Drive process for partnering with the Leadership team on all aspects of financial models.
• One Stream power user for the organization to assist financial systems team with new functionality; serve as liaison with the field FP&A teams on One Stream matters.
• Involved in other special projects as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1-5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong advanced modeling skills, including experience with three statement models.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in finance software and tools. Candidate should have advanced Excel skills, with One Stream proficiency highly preferred.
• Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities and deliver enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
• Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus.

The Ever Commerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the Denver area, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2 in-office days per week
. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to other office locations around North America.

The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 USD
per year + bonus
. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
