Financial Advisor

This team is part of FA (Financial Advisor) Transition Services. They offer transitioning support to experienced Financial Advisors who are joining Client. As such, they often have large and complex books of business. This individual will work with these FA’s to efficiently and accurately transfer those clients, their business, and assets to Clients. They assist with ‘repapering’ accounts, transferring assets and opening brokerage accounts under the client’s umbrella.

This team has 24-hour SLAs in place to ensure that paperwork is in good order within 24 hours.

A strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills are a must for this position. They will be pulling paperwork from multiple locations and accurately inputting that data into their systems. The data is related to newly acquired Financial Advisors and the client base they are bringing with them. The accurate transfer and capture of this information is a first impression to both the FA and their client.

Attention to detail is an absolute MUST.
