Financial Analyst
Position Title: Finance Consultant, Revenue Forecasting
Compensation: $40-45/hr, DOE
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, in-office)

Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Support rolling forecasts and periodic financial planning cycles by incorporating business drivers, historical trends, and forward-looking assumptions.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise financial reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers of financial performance and recommend corrective or improvement actions.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess potential outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, sales, accounting, and leadership) to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align on financial insights.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
- Support ad-hoc analyses, special projects, and leadership requests as needed.
- Assist with documentation of models, assumptions, and processes to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with BI or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
