As the AR Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our financial operations, reporting directly to the Controller. You'll be responsible for collecting and processing all client payments, performing daily bank reconciliations, and assisting in financial analysis and process improvement initiatives. Job Summary

The AR Specialist is responsible for collecting all payments from clients and processing them efficiently. They are also responsible for the daily bank reconciliations. They may assist in financial analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Payment Collection and Processing: Ensure all client payments are collected and processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Monthly & Ad Hoc Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports as required.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial transactions.

    Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.

    Efficiently manage time and resources to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
  • 1-3 years prior experience in accounts receivable required
