Financial Analyst
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team as we continue expanding our national footprint. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in corporate finance, investment analysis, and the restaurant industry.
The Financial Analyst will play a meaningful role in supporting new unit investment decisions, G&A reporting, capital planning, and financial performance analysis across our fast-growing network of bagel restaurants. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, eager to learn, and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented business.

Annual Salary Range: $63,000/yr to $70,000/yr
Annual Bonus: 10%
This is an in office position. 4 days per week.

Responsibilities- Support financial modeling and underwriting for new restaurant openings, remodels, and other capital initiatives, including risk assessment and ROI analysis.
- Track and report on capital project performance
, including spend vs. budget, timelines, return metrics, and other key performance indicators. - Prepare and analyze monthly G&A reporting across corporate departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, IT), identifying trends and providing insights for budget owners.
- Identify key drivers, variances, and operational impacts
, delivering clear and actionable commentary to help leaders manage budgets effectively. - Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
, ensuring inputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with company goals. - Collaborate with operations to interpret performance drivers and respond to store-level data requests.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare financial reports to support leadership decision-making and evolving business needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong Excel skills for data processing, modeling, and analysis.
- Experience with reporting or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred.
- Restaurant industry experience is a plus — including hands-on experience working in a restaurant.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across functions.
