Financial Analyst
A critical role on a central team at Forge, the Fund Administration Operations Associate’s primary function would be to support all areas of Fund Administration on the Forge platform, taking holistic ownership of the fund lifecycle process.
Success in this role would require being adaptable to an evolving workplace, eager and willing to learn and determined to add value through high-quality work and thoughtful insights.
LocationThis position is remote in Denver, CO. We intend to open an office in Denver and once we do, we will require hybrid attendance onsite at least 9 days each month.
Responsibilities- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for SPV trades, including preparing upload templates, reconciling data across platforms, and assisting with quarterly and annual reporting deliverables.
- Assist with quarterly valuation processes, including gathering and organizing issuer data from Forge’s internal platform, EDGAR, and Pitchbook to support valuation analyses.
- Support year-end audit processes by preparing audit support documentation, assisting with confirmations, and coordinating auditor requests under guidance.
- Develop a strong understanding of Forge’s SPV structures, fund accounting processes, and operational workflows, becoming a reliable resource for day-to-day SPV transactions.
- Assist in the full lifecycle administration of SPVs, including entity formation, ongoing maintenance, and liquidity events.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams, including Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure smooth execution of fund operations and reporting.
- Assist in responding to client, investor, and third‑party service provider inquiries, including audit and operational questions, in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 2 years-4 years of professional experience in operations, consulting, finance, accounting, and/or fund management.
- Superior critical thinking skills and demonstrated success working in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and verbal/written communication skills.
- Comfort performing in fast, high‑pressure situations
- Physical requirements:
operate a computer for 8 hours per day; give and receive detailed information through verbal and written communication
For residents of Denver, Colorado the annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000+ annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
