You should be comfortable navigating both financial processes and technical systems, with a strong interest in how money moves across banking rails, processors, and internal ledgers.

• Working knowledge of payment system architecture & APIs
• Dev Ops / technical operations in SaaS or financial systems
• Git and modern branching workflows
• Ability to work with logs, dashboards, and troubleshooting tools
• Experience with large datasets and reconciliation workflows

• Manage and support daily payment operations
  , including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, settlement review, and generating reports on merchant or processor accounts.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues
  , including failed transactions, chargebacks, returns, and discrepancies between internal ledgers and external systems.
• Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, finance, and operations
  , ensuring payment systems function smoothly and accurately.
• Support engineering in maintaining integrations with Pay Facs, gateways, processors, and banking APIs
  .
• Develop and maintain SOPs
  for payments, reconciliation, and transaction processing, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to internal tooling and automation
  , improving visibility, reconciliation accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, Computer Science
  , or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with SQL
  , data manipulation, and financial reconciliation.
• Solid understanding of payment gateways, processors, and transaction lifecycle management
  .
• Experience with ledger and accounting systems
  , payouts, settlements, and chargeback processes.
• Hands-on experience with Dev Ops or technical operations
  in SaaS or financial environments.
• Familiarity with.NET, C#, REST APIs
  , and troubleshooting production payment issues.
