Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available! We are looking for a
Rebates/Reconciliation Specialist
to join our team. If you are eager for your next challenge, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step. The
Rebates/Reconciliation Specialist
will spend their day supporting our Pricing Team through loading and maintaining vendor contract information in our systems. This role also involves analysis and investigation as you process vendor rebates.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm.

Pay rate: $23/hr

Final date to receive applications: 1/30/26

You will:

  • Review rebate data prior to submission to ensure correct dollar amounts are claimed
  • Review for additional rebate dollar opportunities to enhance company profitability
  • Submit and collect rebates payment from vendors based on the various requirements from 35+ vendors (specific to collector)
  • Reconcile any discrepancies between claimed amount and payment directly with vendors via email and phone
  • Maintain and update procedural documents
  • Other duties as assigned

You have:

  • The ability to follow policy/procedures and recognize when a task requires deviation
  • Comfortability with high volume data input and speed and accuracy during task completion
  • High attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies between two datasets
  • The ability to explain and disseminate complex scenarios
  • A strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Successfully managed multiple competing priorities on a daily basis and stayed within pre-determined deadlines
