Oaklands Global are partnered with a regional investment banking boutique seeking for Analysts to MDs in the Industrials or Energy space to join their office in Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly specialised environment, while gaining direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Directors and Managing Directors to execute M&A mandates and deliver strategic advice to Industrials, Energy and Engineering clients.
  • Manage day-to-day transaction execution, including drafting materials, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with clients, buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their executive teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor analysts in financial modelling, valuation, and presentation development.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations to support business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers in originating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships in the sector.
  • Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing junior team members.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of Investment Banking experience with a strong focus on M&A.
  • MBA or undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field from a top-tier institution.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution expertise.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
