The KXN is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a highly respected, independent RIA firm seeking to add an experienced Vice President, Wealth Advisor to its growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for an established advisor who is ready to scale their practice but feels constrained by limited bandwidth, insufficient operational support, or inconsistent lead flow. The firm provides a steady stream of warm referrals through trusted custodial partners such as Schwab and Fidelity, along with robust internal support teams—allowing advisors to focus on what they do best: advising clients and growing relationships!
Asa Vice President, Wealth Advisor, you will:
- Serve as the lead advisor for a select group of HNW and UHNW clients
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including estate, tax, retirement, and generational wealth strategies
- Build deep, long-term client relationships through ongoing advice and proactive planning
- Collaborate closely with in-house investment, planning, operations, and client service teams to deliver a seamless client experience
- Leverage the firm’s established referral networks and marketing channels to engage qualified prospects—no cold prospecting required
- Transition and grow your existing book of business within a client-first, growth-oriented firm
- 7+ years of experience in a lead advisory and financial planning role
- Active Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent)
- A portable book of business
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver holistic financial advice
