• Originate residential mortgage loans and manage the loan process in compliance with regulations

• Utilize technology tools for communication, pipeline tracking, and documentation

• Active NMLS license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience
• Proven ability to develop referral relationships and maintain a client-focused approach
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company policies

• Experience in various lending channels, including retail, wholesale, and broker capabilities
• Familiarity with a wide range of loan products, including FHA, VA, and specialty programs
