Investment Sales Analyst - Capital Markets, Production Support

JLL is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented individual to join the Investment Sales Advisory Team within JLL Capital Markets as an Analyst. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing strategic real‑estate solutions to clients, conducting market research, and assisting in financial analysis. The Analyst will concentrate on the sales of office, life sciences, land and equity placement opportunities with critical involvement in every stage of a transaction, including financial underwriting, preparation of client proposals and offering memorandums, market research, property tours, term sheet and LOI negotiation, due diligence, and closing.

• Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies.
• Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real‑estate transactions and utilize market and JLL data/comps to correctly underwrite a transaction.
• Prepare pitch decks (“BOVs”), investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real‑estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries.
• Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to develop comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, client packages, and develop and recommend%

• Assist in the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction, and be in constant communication with the Producer, the market and the Client.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market conditions to provide up‑to‑date insights and recommendations to clients and team members.
• Understand and review real‑estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.).
• Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Argus.
• Ability to be an independent worker with a team-player attitude.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Knowledge of capital markets and real‑estate investment principles; must understand real‑estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.

• 1–3 years of previous experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the real‑estate or capital markets industry.
• Intermediate experience with Excel.
• Argus experience preferred.

• This role is in‑office based and is located in Downtown Denver, Colorado.
