About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Process Innovation Manager to partner with senior leadership in designing and implementing next‑generation workflows, systems, and technology within a leading Investment Banking group. This role combines strategic process design, technological fluency, and strong stakeholder influence to create a more efficient, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled operating model.

• Analyse current workflows and design intuitive, scalable processes that enhance efficiency and strategic insight.
• Deploy technology and AI solutions to automate and optimize deal processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, Accounting, Consulting) to ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Benchmark against industry best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 4-6+ years of experience in Investment Banking operations, process improvement, or technology‑enabled transformation.
• Proven expertise in workflow design and process automation.
• Strong technology fluency and understanding of AI applications in business.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.

This is an onsite role based in Denver, CO. Minimal travel required.
