Your role .You’ll work with our team assisting clients in large and small organizations with their valuation needs including financial reporting, tax planning, shareholder planning, or litigation support. In addition to the business valuation team, you will have the opportunity to work with other consulting teams at Plante Moran including transaction advisory services and risk advisory & accounting services. We’ll give you the flexibility to craft business solutions, not just spreadsheets.
You can look forward to:
Assignments- Equity securities
- Business enterprises
- Intangible assets
- Stock options
- Interviewing clients, including face‑to‑face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the assignment
Researching industry value drivers, including market and competitor information - Financial modeling, including discounted cash flow, public market multiples, M&A market transactions and option pricing analyses
- Assisting in writing valuation reports from start to finish and communicating conclusions to clients.

- Excellent skill sets in the use of MS Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
