Senior Consultant, Professional Services

At Netgain, we hire accountants at the top of their game. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably with the Big 4, to join our team. This role blends accounting knowledge and financial systems expertise to help clients automate key areas of their accounting and compliance. Your day-to-day activities will be non-routine and complex, providing you a chance to be fully engaged in rewarding work with finance and accounting leadership across a multitude of companies.

You will grow personally and professionally by developing and enhancing technical expertise across finance and accounting processes, building ERP system expertise, gaining project management skills, and improving your ability to solve complex problems—all while helping build a fast‑growing company in a fun work environment with great coworkers.

• Act as the “face” of Netgain, as the primary customer contact throughout the customer’s implementation and ambassador for our products and values
• Provide accounting, finance, and system advisory consulting to customers
• Provide product‑specific support for customer inquiries on technical challenges
• Build out and deliver customer training materials and tutorials
• Contribute to ever‑growing knowledge base of support materials for Netgain products
• Partner with Netgain product teams to identify and implement product enhancements
• Collaborate with fellow consultants/team members to elevate our activities and consistently apply best practices
• Tackle complex technical accounting challenges
