Baillie Lodges and Tierra Hotels, part of KSL Capital Partners, is seeking an Associate, M&A to join our Denver-based team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global M&A and Development, you’ll work side-by-side with seasoned deal makers on transactions that shape a world-class portfolio of extraordinary luxury lodges across the globe.

• Build robust financial models to evaluate acquisitions and partnerships
• Perform valuations using DCF, comparables, and precedent transactions
• Dive into due diligence across finance, operations, legal, and tax
• Support the drafting of investment memos, presentations, and deal documentation
• Research markets and competitive landscapes to spot opportunities
• Keep deals moving with flawless organization across data rooms, trackers, and timelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
• 2–4 years in investment banking, corporate M&A, private equity, or transaction services
• Strong grasp of valuation, accounting, and corporate finance
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data room platforms
• A sharp analytical mind and the ability to communicate clearly
• A collaborative, can-do approach in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
