Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary Range: $120–$130K/year

A global, high-growth SaaS organization is seeking an experienced accounting manager to oversee international accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. This role reports directly to the CFO and is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise and experience supporting multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.

• Lead global accounting operations and deliver accurate, timely financial reports.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including consolidations.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, cash management, deferred revenue (ASC 606), and treasury functions.
• Coordinate sales tax remittance and support global income tax compliance with external partners.
• Lead annual financial audits and maintain capitalization and stock option records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and budget‑to‑actual reporting.
• Mentor and develop accounting team members.
• Partner cross‑functionally and present financial insights to executive leadership.

• Required:
• CPA required.
• 3+ years in public accounting and 4+ years in an accounting/GL role within SaaS.
• Strong technical accounting background (U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, foreign currency).
• Experience managing global financial close and consolidations.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, CMRR, LTV, CAC).
• Experience with internal controls implementation and management.
• Preferred:
• Net Suite and Salesforce experience.
• Experience implementing financial add‑on or BI systems.
