Tax Senior Manager - Energy  Weaver Experience focuses on a diverse, collaborative, and entrepreneurial workplace culture with a commitment to employee well-being.

Weaver is looking for a Tax Senior Manager with Energy experience to join our growing firm. This role provides federal tax compliance and planning services to Weaver’s Energy clients. The Tax Senior Manager will develop advanced knowledge in this niche while training and mentoring other staff members.

• Provide federal tax compliance and planning services for Energy clients
• Develop advanced tax expertise within the Energy niche
• Train and mentor other staff members

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA or EA license
• 7+ years of experience in public accounting
• Thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp returns, research, and general business planning knowledge
• Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Energy clients

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff
• Strong relationship management and practice development skills
• Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients
