The JobWe need a reliable, hardworking team member to support day‑of–show operations and venue maintenance.
What This Role Will Do- Works directly with the venue leadership or Operations Manager to perform day‑of‑show duties
- Assists in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue’s assets for all events – chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.
- Performs regular preventive and general maintenance around the site and buildings, including painting, cleaning, landscaping and miscellaneous projects
- Responds to or elevates staff/guest inquiries and concerns regarding all shows, artist meet and greet packages, amenities, as well as our VIP program and seat upgrades
- Performs opening/running/closing duties according to Live Nation policy
- Maintains line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area and reporting any issues encountered
- Keeps current on all Standard Operating Procedures and effectively communicates them to team members
- Diagnoses safety issues around the site to help prevent potential hazards
- Detects and/or responds to faulty operations, defective material and reports those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
- Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas
- If applicable, drives forklift and/or other company vehicles and completes all required tasks for those positions
- Assists with venue setup/event conversions
- Performs additional tasks as requested by management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/issues at one time effectively, with an upbeat attitude
- Prioritization of duties and effective communication skills
- Skills in guest relations
- Able to handle manual labor
- Able to work long show days; up to 12 hours
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a live music environment
- Fork‑lift certified
- Fast‑paced, often loud and stressful environment
- Extended periods working on feet: constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
