• Perform routine transactions, assist team activities, and interact with stakeholders to solve problems or resolve complaints.
• Gather information and consult with management on actions to support short‑term operations and ensure compliance.
• Document data entry and verification, keep accurate files and records, and create detailed reports using existing systems.
• Provide customer service by disseminating information, answering questions, solving problems effectively, and escalating issues appropriately.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, researching trends, and supporting improvement efforts.
