Senior Engineering Manager, Medical Tubing Extrusion
$160-200k + 20% bonus
I’m working with a global Medical device and technology manufacturing company who have an opening for a Senior Engineering Manager, Medical Tubing Extrusion role to join their Denver, CO facility.
This is a high-impact leadership position that requires deep experience in the medical device industry, specifically in the medical plastic tubing extrusion space. The role focuses heavily on medical tubing extrusion, with PVC extrusion experience strongly preferred and ownership of process development, NPI, and the successful launch of new regulated products. This individual would lead a vertical integration program, guide engineering teams, qualify suppliers and drive manufacturing performance while navigating the technical and regulatory nuances associated with new medical products.
- 10+ years of experience in medical device or medical technology environments
- Significant hands-on expertise in medical tubing extrusion with a proven track record in process development and commercialization
- Demonstrable experience managing engineering teams and operating within GMP or similarly regulated environments.
- Detailed understanding of regulations, policies and global pharmacopoeia (GMP, ISO, FDA, EMEA, GDP, ASTM)
- Should have a strong knowledge of design controls, QMS and product development
