Client development, project scoping, managing project teams, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

Applying sound engineering judgment, understanding codes and practices, collaborating across disciplines, managing various structural projects, and overseeing deliverables and reviews.

Competencies:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Colorado
- Master's degree in civil/structural engineering or related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience in structural engineering, including project management and technical expertise in areas such as failure investigation, seismic analysis, and rehabilitation of structures
- Strong communication skills (technical, graphical, written, verbal)
Must meet physical demands including visual and listening acuity, dexterity for operating equipment, ability to travel, perform inspections, work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate vehicles and safety equipment.
